You position yourself in front of a building, monument etc. and you listen to the appropriate passage telling you about its history, details, curiosities etc.

You just have to load the audios into your mp3 from your computer, the same as you do with your favourite music. Dead easy.

How much available space do I need in my mp3 player?

In the audio guides section you will find the details of each city and can see easily the space it will occupy in your mp3, as well as the full list of the tourist points of each city.

How do I know where the tourist points in the audio guide are?

On downloading it, along with the audios, you will have a pdf file with the map of the city with all the tourist points marked. You just have to print it out. It will guide you in your visit to the city. If you want, you can download this file free from the maps section.

Do I have to follow a particular route?

No, there’s no need. You decide where you want to go and what audios you want to listen to at all times. Even so, you will find a recommended selection of walking routes on the maps.

What will I find on the map?

All the tourist points of the city are marked on the map with a number and its name in the local language, which is how you will find it referred to in the city you visit. In addition, on audio 1 or 2, you will find passages on the history of the city and other useful tips to help you enjoy your visit to the utmost.

How do I buy my Play&Tour audio guide?

You just have to go the downloads section and follow the instructions. You have to choose the city, the language and the method of payment (credit card or PayPal). Then the system will send a “download code” to your e-mail, with which you can download your audio guide, once you have made the payment.

What is a Play&Tour download code?

When you decide to download a Play&Tour audio guide, we will send you a download code to your e-mail address. This code will be activated after you have paid. Then, you must go to the download code section, introduce the number and you will then be able to download the files. Once you have downloaded the files, the code will cease to be active.

I have bought my Play&Tour download code at a shop. What should I do now?

If you have already bought your download code at a shop, go directly to the download code section and introduce the number. Then you can choose the city and language you want.

And if I lose the connection during the downloading process?

The download code will remain active until the download is completed. Even so, should any problem arise, get in touch with us and we will sort out the problem as quickly as possible.
